SERVICES :

The type of services, number of services, date and location of services provided by Yinn Make up are agreed to by both parties as stated by in the agreed upon written quote provided by the Yinn Make up once a deposit for that quote has been received. The Client must notify Yinn as soon as possible of any additional services required on the date. Yinn Make up reserves the right to refuse the provision of services which are additional to those specified in the quote and not agreed to prior to the date of service.

 

BOOKINGS:

Bookings are subject to availability. Please contact Yinn to confirm availability. In order to secure your booking , a deposit payment of (certain % or amount) is required. The deposit is non-refundable or transferable under any circumstance from the date of payment receipt.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

(Wedding Postponement due to COVID-19)

If your wedding is postponed due to COVID-19, either by your venue, or government guidelines, your makeup booking fee and monies paid so far will be transferrable to your new date if YINN is available.

This is subject to YINN’s availability so please make her aware of any other potential dates at the point of booking.

*In the event that If YINN MAKEUP cancel at any time or be unable to perform her duties for any reason, the deposit paid will be fully refunded.

 

PRICING:

Please note that all prices are subject to change. If you have already paid a security deposit then you retain the rates invoiced at the time of booking for the respective booking. 

 

LASHES:

Full set eyelashes are included in the price for the makeup service, there is no reduction in price for any makeup service if they are declined.

 

TRAVEL:

Travel will be extra. The travel fee is depending on your location from where the artist is travelling from and where you are located on the day of your event.

Price not inclusive of transportation & accommodation for assignment out of Klang valley / Kuala Lumpur.

USE OF IMAGE:

Photos taken at the trial or your professional photos may be used as examples of my work for future clients to view.

 

HAPPENS IF SOMEONE WANTS THEIR MAKEUP DONE LAST MINUTE AND WAS NOT BOOKED

This happens on a regular basis. When other women notice that there is a makeup artist on location they ditch their own brushes and head over to the makeup station. Depending on time we may be able to accommodate this, but of course the women that booked ahead of time have priority and we will not rush a client to fit in extra faces. Clients will be treated as if there was no one waiting to have a service. If we do have time, all prices will be as listed.

 

EXTRA PEOLE WANTING STYLING:

If any additional people require styling on the day, but do not have a booking, Yinn can refuse to provide makeup or hairdo.We do not carry specialty items (no asking for help doing partial makeup). Please provide ample notice so arrangements can be made.

We are not available for partial makeup services. For a look to be whole, complete and to represent our work the makeup will need to be done by us from start to finish. This will also ensure the makeyp will last all day.

We also do not touch up or do work or modification on other artist's work.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Artist will arrive 10-15 minutes prior to set-up. Please be prepared to start when I arrive. All ladies receiving makeup should have a clean face & be ready to start. This is very important so we can stay on schedule, and I can finish applications in the allotted time.
